I’m a Technical Director at Dovetail Games with 12+ years in commercial game development, leading engineering teams and shaping technical strategy. Before this, I built and led teams at Maze Theory, working on projects like Peaky Blinders VR and Infinite Inside. I’ve shipped a number of Unity titles across various genres and have hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, multi-platform development (console, PC, mobile, and VR), pipeline automation, performance optimization, and audio programming (Wwise, FMOD). I also build tools for localization, shaders, and live ops. Some of the games I’ve worked on include Train Sim World 5, As Dusk Falls, and CSR Racing.
